    Re: Least Flycatcher

is ist possible for me to have a least flycatcher in my backyard?  There was a small yellow green bird in my feeder today perching like.  didn't get a great look as my granddaughter got excited and hit the window shouting "birdie! Birdie!" oh well just wondering. I am in central Kansas across the street from a city park and near a river

The Whatbird range map shows they come through your area during migration so it's possible but there are several yellow-green birds so it could be a summer tanager female or a female orchard oriole, etc...  Do you have a field guide to look at?

    Re: Least Flycatcher

I don't think it would be very likely for a Least Flycatcher to come to a feeder. Maybe it could be a Pine Warbler or a dull American Goldfinch.
