There is a lot of turf disputes, alpha male stuff, and general bad dispositions out there. I thought I would present a few and ask you to share. My favorite, these guys were at it for 10 minutes, took a break for water then started up again.
Latest Birds: Pine Warbler, Eastern Kingbird, Rufous-backed Robin, Crissal Thrasher, Bewick's Wren, Cedar Waxwing, Townsend's Solitaire

Nice shot, Matt! My contribution isn't so detailed, but here goes... Put a hundred wading birds in an ever-shrinking water hole, and there's bound to be some action:

The antics this day came from a couple of high-breeding Snowy Egrets. It's the age old "My crest is bigger than your crest" debate. Snowy Egrets usually seem so peaceful and serene, but this day, they were really noisy.

If its not in the food, maybe its the heat that makes them irritable. Abert's Towhee vs Cactus Wren. This was taken a year ago, hope I am getting better with my camera although it is high level action in some shadows. Great entertainment, I also think this may be a one of a kind shot.
