Sharp-shinned Hawk
This tagged individual swooped in on my feeders - about 6 feet from where I was standing.  I don't know who was more startled, the bird or myself!  I had the wrong lens on the camera at the time, but fortunately I was able to get a decent shot or two before he flew off.
