This Osprey took the fish to a tree, perched and ate the head, then delivered the rest to nestlings.

They need to carry the fish facing forward and will juggle them around to get them that way, in order to eliminate drag.
This one was taking the fish back to nestlings, but he stopped on the way and ate the head before delivering the rest.
