I do know they change every year. We do get the same ones but its usually less or more of them. But this year, we have seen a shortage of any species of birds to our feeders. We always had Titmice but this year I have seen none. We get Chickadees but there are fewer and our Red-Bellied Woodpecker hasn't came through at all this year. And of course ...

I have no idea but I just love the pics with all of them enjoying their time in your birdbath. I love it. I have just one birdbath but it sits on a pillar. They come and go not so much. I think I just might put one on the ground. You have great shots.

I am not sure. Here are two pics that I recently took of a female cowbird. It looks similar but the bill on the cowbird seems darker and the pattern of the feathers seem a little different. I tried for comparison but I am stumped.

I only got about a 5 sec look and it seems like it was white on the tail feathers. It could have been more up the rump too.
