Hi -- This bird was seen on the east coast of Florida a few days ago. I'm guessing female American redstart, but I'm really not sure. The picture quality is not great -- it was a very overcast day -- but hopefully it's good enough for someone to identify the bird. Thanks in advance.

I didn't alter the photo. I tried to, because I know the colors aren't true, but it just got worse and worse. The light was horrible that day -- I have about 5 photos of this bird, and the color looks the same on each of them. It's very frustrating.

Saw these two hummingbirds in San Francisco in May. I thought the one with more color was a black-chinned hummingbird, but now I'm not sure. I've never tried posting two photos at the same time, so I'm not sure they're both going to come up in this post. Here goes.

Thanks. I'm very familiar with slate-colored dark-eyed juncos, and had actually seen -- and identified -- the Oregon variety a few days earlier. But this bird looked so different to me -- I think because of the angle -- that I just didn't see it. And it flew off before I had a chance to take more photos.
