All the major markings point to a Pine. I believe your lighting has an influence on the appearance of a lighter color lower mandible. I concur on the ID.

Is the last photo of the same bird?
The first two look like female American Redstart and the last photo looks like White-eyed Vireo.
TheGrine I was thinking the same exact thing. The last bird does indeed look like a first year WEV, bill, the entire head coloring is right for one. Immature WEV lack the white eye also.

I've polled the local clubs and the ID is split 50-50 for Mourning and Nashville. It's only September 1st, this Warbler season will give us all agida. Thanks for all your opinions.
