Yup, I think that is it. I did not notice the ''Don King'' Hair style but will try to get a closer look at it next time. I also listened on-line to the sound of a belted kingfisher and that is the sound that it is making. Thank all of you for your great help!!!!!

This bird is being seen on our pond. It has a blue head, white ring around it's neck and a gray body. It fly's in a straight path and low to the water.
