I agree with it being either a Blue-headed or White-eyed Vireo. However I am leaning more towards White-eyed, reasons being: the crown seems to be a whitish color and not the dark blue I am used to seeing in Blue-headed, and I do not see the ''strong contrast'' (as noted in Sibley) between the throat and the auriculars that Blue-headed displays. ...

It seems to me that this would be a Eastern Phoebe rather then a Eastern Kingbird.

Red tail and belly band of the 2nd hawk is good for Red-tailed Hawk. However the second bird is not the same species, in photo 1 the first hawk doesn't show the dark mark on leading edge of wing, it seems a bit smaller then the Red-tail by it as well, MD only has Red-shouldered and Broad-winged for their small buteos, I would be inclined to say ...
