I am by no means an expert, but I just looked at the Magnolia Warbler and it still doesn't seem right. The black streaks down the side of this bird seem to be more broken than a Magnolia. Also, the entire head of this bird appears to be gray, and there seems to be a broken eye-ring as Sibley indicates for a Kirtland's. Also the wing bars are ...

I saw this one in Nashville, TN, today at around 11:00. My Sibley's indicates that the range does not exactly include my area (as in, only rare sightings in the Midwest), but the picture looks pretty close. Ideas?

Great job Obnates, that's very impressive for handheld!
I try
with a tripod and usually I only get blur. And on Oct. 28, I believe,
the Moon and Jupiter will be nice a close to each other, should make a
good photo op.
