Nicely done, twinkle!  Green herons are definitely among my faves, tho' I do wish they weren't so shy.  Here's an unusually bold one I happened upon in Florida:

Wow, thekiwi, what odd coloring for a female cardinal's plumage.  Very gray instead of olive, and the orange is very dark-reddish. If not for the black mask, I'd almost be tempted to think that was a pyrrhuloxia. (Yes, of course I know she's not, but nonetheless I can't say I've ever seen a cardinal with such wild variance in coloring.  ...

Heh...they are considerably less skittish if you've got a suet cage, I can tell you that much. These Florida RBWs were out in the wild, and I can attest that if I'd had a suet cage with me, I would have had to do a lot less chasing around!
