When in iTunes and on the device Application tab, try checking and then unchecking the box for iBird Pro. Let me know when you sync does the progress bar appear and slowly move as its being installed?

Tried iPhone Restore, Reset and tried deleting and downloading another copy of the latest iBird Pro app. Still no go. Curiously my iPhone settings options for the app still shows the options available for this app. But no app. itself. ...
