It could be a yellow warbler, but something looks a bit off to me.

I fairly certain that's a flycatcher of some sort. Say's Phoebe perhaps? It's what it looks like to me, but don't count that as an ID. I'm not from that area and unsure of the range/habitat of that particular bird.
