Red-shouldered Hawk overlooking Hay Field

Overlooking a hay field off CR 330. This was a quick shot before it flew away to a distant hay bail, and I hadn't had time to set the camera properly for the shot, so it was a bit washed and oddly colored. I attempted to correct this with layering.

Unidentified Hawk

I'm having trouble identifying the hawks in the photos below. They were on the same telephone pole and I saw the pair together again the day after I took the photos, so I would assume they are mates. These photos were taken in Provo, UT near East Bay on August 15, 2009.

I Can't identify this bird. The closest I have found is a gray hawk but this bird has no white stripes across it's breast.

It is solid light gray with charcoal/black on the tail. It doesn't look like it has the black bands on the tail either, but

it's hard to tell.

It landed in my bird bath first, with quite a splash, but I wasn't able to get the camera quickly enough. I them spotted it near my mailbox, think it is roosting in the neighbors tree...

Hawk, sharp-shinned or Cooper's hawk?

This hawk in the California mid-peninsula foothills was watching the quail in our yard this last winter. S/he was no larger than 18 inches, I think, and the color of the eye looks true here, sort of golden. I know this question gets asked a lot, but can you tell from this photo what type of hawk it is, or would you need more information?
