I know we have peregrine falcons around here (I've seen them going after the abundant pigeons), but this one didn't seem to have the distinctive head markings, though the barred tail with white tips looks right.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;So then I started thinking maybe it's just a mutant pigeon that's a&amp;nbsp; nimble flyer and I'm all excited for nothing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've tried attaching a photo. Hope it works!
