  After posting this picture I sent a copy to the place where I took the photograph (Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park, near Superior, Arizona).  They identified it as a naturally occurring hybrid of a Violet-crowned hummingbird and a Broad-billed hummingbird.  They also said that it was only the second one ever ...
