My dad saw a small (bright) yellow bird near the Colwood racetrack by Victoria BC. Apparantly it was about 5 inches and almost compleatly yellow, he says the wings weren't yellow but he can't remember what colour they were. Today I say a dull yellow bird with striking white wing bars (against dark wings) II seachd but I couldn't find it. I'm in Victoria BC. Any ideas?
