I took a picture of this bird in the Bear River Migratory Bird refuge in Utah. Any ideas what it is. I have looked through this guide and several others, and have yet to figure this out.

I have no idea what bird this is. It is very small (about chickadee size). It's beak is curved slightly at the end. It's tail is upright. Yellow breast, black V on throat, yellow upper throat near beak, crest had three black stripes, plumage overall was light gray with stripes, bird was about the size of a large crow, seen in my backyard near the Appomatox River in VA walking and eating worms and bugs in late June afternoon.
