Whatbird.com

I'm not sure if this is a red-tailed or red-shouldered hawk.  Can anyone help me?  

I have a few photos of birds that I'm having trouble ID'ing, even after researching them via Internet and in a bird ID book.  I enjoy photography, but I'm still learning about birds, so your help would be greatly appreciated.
