I'm in Kent Washington and just found a 6inch long x 2inch wide carmel light brown feather with a black stripe and the end.  Can you help me identify?  This is a pretty darn big feather and with a yorkie puppy (only 3.8 pounds) I'm pretty worried!! Thanks for any hint as to the type of bird!!
