  1. Look like sasquatch tracks! Are you sure was a bear? LOL
  2. INDIGO BUNTING?

Never claimed to be an expert at bird ID'ing & now you've re-confirmed my lack of expertise, LOL!
  3. INDIGO BUNTING?

Thank you. That was my 3rd guess behind olive sparrow ('cept with black legs and feet). Cow bird makes sense. I have seen a few male brown-head cowbirds here in the past week.
  4. INDIGO BUNTING?

Can someone please help me ID this bird. Southwest, lower Michigan, this afternoon. Whatever it is, will be a lifer for me. Never saw this type before.
  5. WHAT GULL?

Thank you to all who responded. You are the best!
  6. WHAT GULL?

Saw yesterday over a marsh near the Grand River in western Michigan. Was a large gull, bigger than the ring-billed gulls it was flying with. The hooked beak was quite different than other gulls I've seen around here. Also, it has pink legs & feet.
  7. This eagle was in a tree but before I could get a shot off, it flew down and headed down the Grand River, right in front of me. What a rush!
  8. This pair got chased off their roost by another pair. They were fleeing in a hurry!
  9. LOL!

"Yah, . . . I'm not really liking this black nail polish."
  10. Greater Scaup - Plz Confirm

    Thank you Sean!
  11. Saw in Leland Michigan yesterday on Lake Michigan. There were quite a few of them.
  12. What Duck is This?

    Got it. Thank you.
  13. What Duck is This?

No white on cheeks and pink tip bill threw me off. We'll go wit common golden eye. Thanks! You folks are the best!
  14. Saw on a bayou off of the Grand River in Spring Lake, Michigan (western lower Michigan) today. Was hanging with golden eyes but cannot find in my Audubon Eastern Regions guide.
  15. RED TAIL HAWK?
