    Guy_incognito - I would agree with One-Colored Becard female. The range is right ("wooded habitats of the west ranging well up into the foothills" Greenfield). Thanks for your input!
  2. This bird was seen on Milpe Road, Ecuador, western Andes slope, 3600 ft./1100 meters on February 22, 2018. Perched high in a bare tree, but not at the top. Thank you.
