    With this picture after I sprayed it with water again the two outer tail feathers are barred on top and on the bottom. This is a shot of the underneath feathers. Is it a female?     I am trying to get him clean. I sprayed him with a water bottle today which he liked and I am going to use some Dawn tomorrow and bathe him. Then maybe I can see the tail feathers better.
