  1. Really! I never seen a Towhee in this area so that would be cool if it is a Towhee.
  2. Not sure what type of bird this is. Seems like it might be a immature male Rose-breasted Grosbeak. There were some adults in the same area. IMG_0999 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_0998 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  3. I think these might be young Common Yellowthroats. IMG_0393 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_0377 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  4. Is this a Baltimore Oriole (Young or Female)? Sorry for the poor pics. IMG_0776 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_0768 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_0764 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  5. I am no expert but i think we have a bobcat and coyotes. Not sure if there are Coydogs or Coywolfs in Western Mass. The one coyote has a woodchuck just in case you are curious what it had. All these videos and pics are from me looking for birds. 6. Can't see much on the video but it sounds like a young Red-Tailed hawk to me.
  7. Couple of flycatchers. Maybe Eastern Wood-Pewee? IMG_0331 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_0425 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_0423 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  8. 1st pic I am not sure what type of sparrow. I think the second and third pics are young chipping sparrows. IMG_9734 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_9676 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_9107 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  9. I think this is a Great Horned Owl (is it a youngster?) All the crows were mobbing the poor bird. IMG_9496 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr This looks like a yellow warbler to me. Just want to make sure I put the right bird in ebird. IMG_9522 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_9572 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr MVI_9582 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  10. At 1st I thought it was a Yellow Rumped but after looking at the pics I think it is an American Redstart. IMG_8970 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_8973 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  11. I think this might be a Juvenile Savannah Sparrow. The third pic I took is an Adult Savannah that seemed to be watching the bird in the 1st two pictures. There were plenty of song sparrows around so it may be a song sparrow but something tells me it isn't.. 12. This a young Great Crested Flycatcher? Was in the area where I seen a pair this year. It looks a little different than the ones I see so I thought maybe a youngster or just the lighting of the pic threw me off. IMG_7989 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_8011 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  13. Sorry for the poor pics but i think this might be a red-breasted nuthatch. I don't seem them very often. IMG_8056 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_8057 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  14. I am determined to figure out the Waterthrush so I took some videos the best I could. They are not great videos but hopefully enough to ID the bird. Louisiana is a lifer. Northern is not. Also threw in another pic. MVI_8105 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr MVI_8112 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr IMG_8110 by STEFAN TOWNSEND, on Flickr
  15. I think this is a Northern Waterthrush.
