Using iPad Air 2 and Journal app, all updated. When I try to Backup to Dropbox, I sign into Dropbox and the backup file is created. Then I try to backup and after a long time, the error message comes back "cannot write file; check internet connection" when it's totally OK. I am able to export .CSV to dropbox, however. But that's not what I'm trying to do. Has anyone else experienced this?
