Recommended Posts

I once accidentally moved a checklist I'd entered in Japan to upstate NY (It's since been corrected). A lot of people were understandably confused...

Yep. Strange, isn't it? I came across this one morning. Forgot to post it here, so thanks VB. :P Maybe there's some taxonomic split that we don't know about?

How in the world did you find that?

It looks like it's been edited. What did it say before?

The checklist is for two days into the future. The best kind of birding trip, when you really, really know what you will see.

Doh! I missed that. Gosh, maybe I should try this. I'll put all of my missing MA species on it.

Some fun ones

http://ebird.org/ebird/qc/view/checklist?subID=S23936503- Garganey in Quebec

http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S24049479- Listed in Wisconsin!

http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S24113130- Eurasian Oystercatcher in New Jersey (with AMOY)

That Garganey one doesn't look too wrong... "White eyebrow that goes all the way to the neck."
