I agree. Pretty certain on Song Sparrow.

Well, no...

It could be a Chipping. The first photo looks better for song and chipping that the others. Are you sure it's the same bird?

well, it was 6 years ago.... but from what I remember, it's the same Bird, but it could possibly be a different one.

Forget May, there's one that sings NONSTOP in my yard. The only times I haven't heard it were the fall months

I think the first sparrow is a Chipping. When you zoom in you can can kinda see the rusty head stripe. I don't know about the other two photos. 

(and it is NOT a tree sparrow.) :lol:
