Watch out for them.  They usually show up this week or next week around here.  Chaseman can almost predict the grosbeak arrival to the day!  Ha ha!  He did last year!

I saw both last week in New Orleans. They are definitely heading up.

Well.......Indigo Bunting showed up yesterday and Blue Grosbeak today.  Still waiting for the Rose-breasted.  It's been the 20th the last two years, so tomorrow will tell.

That blue grosbeak is a handsome bird. I’m not sure I have ever seen one around here.

I had a male Rosie at my sunflower feeder yesterday, then spotted one moving around high in my pine and birch trees about 15 minutes later (same one?).

The hummingbirds were late, the Bluebirds nested late, it was expected these guys would be late too.  At least they are here now.
