Hmm. To me the eyeline looks rather strong and I'm seeing a broken eyering and a gray head. How about Orange-crowned Warbler?

Strong eyeline, quite pale below contrasting sharply with the wings, and a short tail with long undertail coverts seem to fit Red-eyed Vireo. Philly Vireos are longer-tailed, as are Orange-crowned. Orange-crowned also show less contrast between the undersides and the topside.
