It's not exactly in my yard, more like my yard is ON the lake, :) , and there is another lake in the neighborhood! ;)

I went birding today and my year list is now up to 66! (Either it's slow in Michigan right now or I just don't see very much. Probably a little of each)

1. JimBob - 131

2. Liam - 92

3. Jdeitsch - 67

4. Greathorn - 66

5. Sam Brunson - 41

Parula, I see you have your yearlist in your sig, but you never indicated whether or not you'd like to join the scoreboard. You'd be third if you did. ;)

Hooray, I'm in last...if it wasn't for homework and stuff like that, my year list would be waaaay higher.

Homeschooled kids should be put in a separate category.

Oh gosh. . . my list is probably up at least to 150 now. I'll give an update soon. Sorry I didn't get one sooner, but I didn't have too much internet access on the trip. (and I was busy, either birding or in the outdoor pool :))

Okay, yearlist is currently at 165.

Correction; Mines at 170.

And just to let you guys no, I rarely if EVER go birding on week days. I go on the weekends when I have time. You guys could do almost the same amount of birding, if you wanted to. :)

That being said, I don't think we should have different sections.

BTW, I've decided to wait till next year for Camp Colorado. Didn't feel ready for that kind of activity.

I am new to Whatbird, and am only 14 years old. Last weekend I went to the outer banks of North Carolina and got lots of cool birds. My yearlist, if anyone is interested, is now at 101.
